Expensive and Unreliable
Needed pants without hassle for a business trip. Ordered overnight shipping and they didn't arrive until 4 days later. Customer service was dismissive and offered nothing after the fact.
Fake Discounts and Dishonest Website
Wasted more than an hour trying to get the "special offer". Sign up for the newsletter, get 20% off your first order. There are at least 3 different areas that advertise get 20% off your first order if you hand over your information. And then, the promo code doesn't work. Spoke to chat about the problem, who sent me a new code, that also didn't work. Spoke to chat again, who eventually just refused to honor the code, saying that they wont combine the promo code I got with anything that is on sale or discount, so the promo code is bogus, its useless. The whole thing is scam, its bait and switch. I will never buy Dockers or Levi products again. And, in case you're wondering, their dishonest tactics saved them from taking $15 off my order, and instead lose a customer for life. Business Model Fail.

Do not order from Docker
I should have read the bad reviews here, before ordering chinos from them. I ordered my chinos a week ago and never received them, I've emailed them and they asked me for my address, but received no further update.
They are utter rubbish, I will stick to going to another brand like Gant next time, well provided I get my refund back.
For a company that is owned by Levi's, I was not expecting this rubbish service.

Avoid. Ordered item, first delivery attempt was 7 days later. Slow. When I returned the items, I got no refund after two weeks. I chased up. They have lost the package, and say I have to fill in a form to claim a refund. It’s been over a month that they’ve had the package and still no refund. I’ve simply asked credit card company to refund me. Would never buy from them again.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I thought as it was part of Levi’s everything would be ok. Still waiting for my order to be dispatched one week after they claimed it was. Yodel have it on their system pending receipt. I have tried cancelling but I have received zero communication back. Will pursue this now through PayPal for a refund. Never again will I order from this company.

Absolutely awful company. Everything about this company is a complete joke. Can’t believe they are part of Levis. Useless customer service, zero communication, appalling delivery times. Hope to god I don’t need to return anything.

Appalling, is not strong enough. Bought light denim overshirt shirt, lost in transit, re-ordered and they sent some nondescript navy blue thing. Not even denim. They use courier company. Returned item 28th Jan and still not been delivered. That was on 28th Jan. Today 4th Feb.

I absolutely love Dockers brand . Love their Mens pants , which is an all time favorite of my husband’s . He uses it for both work & leisure and won’t leave home without it ???
The quality , comfort and price point can’t be beat . We buy everything Dockers has to sell.

Whorst customer service ever!
They are indeed the worst company to deal with! I've asked to cancel my order within 1 hour I placed it. They refused to cancel it. Then I returned the order and asked for the return fee to be waived and again they refused. NEVER AGAIN !

Out of 5 pairs 1 was acceptable. 6 weeks on and still waiting for the refund! I will be taking legal action on the 1st October if the refund is not received. I will never buy again from them.
Gant for me now who were fantastic!

It’s simple they are unbelievable…
It’s simple they are unbelievable quality and service WIW NOT GOOD AT ALL. My order took two months and when I did eventually got them the quality was beyond belief very cheap and my return was lost ? and they found them it took another 2 months to process! At a cost avoid them!

I purchased a belt from Dockers the braided men's belt lasted about 8 months of non daily use . There is no way this a leather belt . It is complete crap made in China. I reached out to Dockers and you have to fill out a warranty form print it out mail in product.... you pay shipping and insurance. Then they will decide if they owe you. This is a bad way to do business..... done with this company..... I will take the product back to Kohls and I bet they take it back because they value there customers and appreciate the business. My company will no longer use this Company for our employees we will go to another company . 100% Dissatisfied with the Dockers company BYE.
Update a Dockers representative reached out to me and agreed to replace the product !!! Faith renewed ....

DOCKERS - Not a reputable company
Not worth one star but unable to write review without it. Pity there isn’t an optional minus star rating. I ordered trousers over 3 weeks ago, no sign of delivery. Customer services are non-existent; it replies to emails using an automated system and the customer services telephone number clicks and then rings out. I have requested a refund of payment but I am guessing my email has not been read.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. 14 day wait on an order to he told I am refunded with no explanation as to why. Poor service, poor customer support, poor site.
My advice, go somewhere else.
